I updated my bathroom. My goal was to make this bathroom look better, function better and make it safer for aging. This was accomplished. I really like the end result. I enjoyed meeting with the vendors to pick out hardware, flooring, and countertops. The designer was helpful in assisting me to see the end product. We were out of the country for part of this project and feel we were kept up to date on what was happening. The price was very close to the original contract. The people doing the work - carpenters, plumbers, painters, and cleaning people were all very professional. My only negative was a delay that happened. I am not upset about the delay (things happen) but I think it would have been helpful for the contract manger to have better communication with me about when things would be finished and when the work was scheduled to happen. I would use this business again.
I have hired Homecare to remodel my bath, add a patio door in my living room where there were windows, and to install new windows in my home. Steve Earl is very knowledgeable and offers many options. He even pointed out areas where I could save money by not replacing things that didn't need to be replaced. His carpenters are friendly and have always gone the extra mile to keep my home clean. More importantly, they know what they are doing! Homecare's subcontractors have been prompt and professional and have done excellent work as well. I couldn't recommend Homecare more.
If I could give Tom, Dylan, and the whole HomeCare team 6 stars, I would. They managed my main floor bathroom remodel and everything from start to finish was excellent - from the initial estimates and the selection process, to coordinating contractors and doing the work, all the way through the final inspection and walk-through. Communications were prompt and professional. If the plan needed to change, they were always forthcoming about the change details. They showed up when they said they would. And most importantly, I love my new bathroom. If you’re thinking about a remodel, go with HomeCare.
Can't recommend Homecare, Inc. highly enough. They are tops when it comes to communicating clearly with their clients, are there when they say they will be, and the quality of their work is excellent. Encountered one minor issue with some work on a job and they resolved it immediately with no questions. Wish I'd discovered them sooner.
Homecare Inc did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. We have used other contractors in the past and it was a painful process. With Homecare Inc, everything went very smoothly. Steve and his team communicated throughout the entire process, no matter how big or small our questions or the tasks were. They were patient and flexible as we struggled to know what we wanted and lent their expertise in a way that was both professional and courteous. Steve estimated 5.5 weeks to do the job and even with Thanksgiving in the middle, the job was completely done in 5.5 weeks. They even did a couple extra tasks around the house that we would have hired out. Their bid was very reasonable and in the same ballpark or lower than other bids we received and the quality of work is extremely high. Steve was able to do exactly what we wanted, very well, and stay within the budget we had. We have some more projects in mind and are definitely going to use Homecare Inc again.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had a major (to us) remodel done by them. A wall knocked out in the bathroom to allow for a walk-in shower. A laundry & shelving put in a adjoining bedroom. All of this was done while we were snowbirds and not home. My neighbors tell me there were workmen there everyday. The work was beautiful! Everything was picked up, and the work was done on time. There were no hidden charges in the final bill. Owner was always in contact I would not hesitate to hire this company again!
Homecare Remodeling handled all the coordination with my HOA, permitting, and scheduling multiple workers across disciplines. They were communicative, organized, friendly, and knowledgable. Everyone who worked on the project was polite and respectful and the finished work was high quality. I'm very happy and I plan to work with Homecare Remodeling again for future projects.
We've hired Homecare, Inc. for three different projects now. Homecare is my "go-to" contractor for so many reasons. They are responsive, communicative, on time and on budget. All of the people they work with have been with the company for years. Even the vendors speak highly of Homecare. Great contractor!
