We’ll start by discussing your project, goals, and budget. If your project aligns with our services, we’ll send you a questionnaire and schedule an initial consultation at your home. During the consultation, we’ll review your project, provide a ballpark estimate, and discuss how different choices may affect the overall cost. 

Following your consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed, line-by-line construction proposal outlining your project scope and cost. Once approved, a 30% down payment secures your project and leads into the design process. 

* For projects that are not yet defined enough for us to prepare a detailed construction proposal, we may recommend starting with a design agreement. This allows us to develop the plans, selections, and project scope needed to determine construction pricing. The design investment ranges from $3,000–$12,000 and is applied toward your project cost.

Our designer will review your project details and schedule your first design meeting to discuss your goals, ideas, and the design process. You’ll also receive a selections guide outlining the decisions to be made, recommended showrooms, and appointment information.

Your designer will guide you through material selections and create a detailed finish schedule. They’ll also develop floor plans and elevations so you can visualize the space before construction begins.

Our team will review the completed drawings and finish schedule and make any necessary adjustments. After the design is approved, we’ll finalize the project scope to reflect the approved plans and selections. You’ll then confirm the completed scope before we move into project setup and construction. 

Once your contract is approved, we’ll order materials, create your schedule, and meet with you before construction begins. Throughout the project, we’ll coordinate the trades and provide weekly updates. We’ll finish with a final quality check and professional cleaning so your space is ready to enjoy.
