Built in 1939, this family was ready to give the basement of their Minneapolis Tudor a facelift. The chief goals of this project were to add a bathroom, office, and finish off the cozy rec room. Most challenging by far was the 3/4 bath and curbless shower, it was difficult to make space for the shower, but we made it work!
This modern bathroom is filled with classic accents, such as the french gold Kohler faucet (a new color), dark (heated!) hexagon floor tile, and white subway tile walls. To execute the unique walk-in shower, we used a Coastal brand shower panel with geometric black grids.
