Over the years, Homecare Remodeling has grown, adding lots of aspects to the company’s services, including both interior and exterior residential renovation and construction projects.
Our business model is that residential remodeling is interpersonal at its core. What matters is how you treat people, from clients to tradespeople. Everyone wants to be listened to and respected. It’s about building relationships based on mutual trust and integrity.
From the beginning, we were ahead of the pack in the remodeling industry. We always hired our own in-house carpenters, respecting employees as valued members of our company. As a result, we have the loyalty of our employees, which means we have durable relationships with experienced craftsmen who we can count on to work our jobs. We typically have between a 10 to 20 year relationship with all of them. Also, to this day, we still partner with a select group of trusted and skilled subcontractors in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
We know a lot of companies talk about customer service but at Homecare Remodeling we really mean it. We have seen the benefit of providing good customer service and going above and beyond when necessary. As Stanley Earl said, “Take care of your business and it will take care of you!” So, we take care of our customers and because of our long history of excellent care and service, we have been rewarded by repeat customers and countless referrals.
That’s a big principle for us. Though all contractors are required to hold a warranty per the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) standard, we actually stand by it. A workmanship warranty is important because it provides homeowners with coverage against workmanship or installation errors. At Homecare Remodeling, we want to make sure you are satisfied. If you have a problem with our work, we will come and fix it.
We know a remodeling project can upset the everyday flow of your home. So, we are extremely conscious of your time. We like to complete projects on time and with as little disruption as possible. We know you are anxious to begin enjoying your new remodel and if you need to make your home more accessible to a person with a wheelchair or limited mobility, getting that renovation done in a timely manner is critical.
We are licensed by the state of Minnesota (builders license # CR806951). We are lead certified by the EPA, meaning we have the Environmental Protection Agency’s RRP Lead-Safe Certification to conduct renovation, repair or painting activities.
We have been members of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry for going on 45 years and members in good standing with the Better Business Bureau as well for at least 45 years.
